Depending on your skin and how comfortable you are with it, you might only need a dewy tinted moisturizer. Try to find a sheer, light-pink blush to put on your cheeks. A cream blush will contribute to the dewy, sweet look you want. Keep in mind blush goes on lighter than it appears in the package. A little bit of eyeliner goes a long way for this look. Some rose-colored eye shadow should be applied sparingly to the eyelids. A light coat of mascara is the next step. Consider a color mascara to add some innocent drama. Apply the black mascara first, and then add some pink to the ends of your lashes in the outside corner of your eye.

Nothing is subtle about Rock-star perfect makeup, and, as always, drama is the theme. For eyes, thickly apply attention-drawing colors to the lids.
